PM DEPOT (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://pmdepot.org. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our platform, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — your name and email address, provided when you sign up directly or via Google / Apple sign-in.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and progress through courses and tools. Used to improve the platform.
• Device & browser data — IP address, browser type, and operating system, collected automatically for security and analytics.

We do not collect payment information directly. Any payments are processed by a third-party provider and governed by their privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To personalise your learning experience and track progress
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
• To improve our platform through aggregate, anonymised analytics
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting. Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — optional authentication. If used, your name and email are shared with us by the provider.
• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery.
• Anthropic — AI features (PM Simulator). Messages you send to AI personas are processed by Anthropic's API and are not stored by us beyond the session.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from staying signed in.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

Children's Privacy

PM DEPOT is intended for users 16 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
